MiCA's own-funds floors still apply once Poland's regime is live — €50,000 / €125,000 / €150,000 by service class, or a quarter of fixed overheads. But capital is not today's blocker: with no implementing act in force, there is no KNF CASP application to file capital against. Budget instead for a licence in a functioning EU state plus a Polish passport notification.
Because there is no live Polish CASP process, a 'Poland crypto licence' today usually means either a frozen legacy VASP entry or a licence obtained elsewhere and passported in. Your real cost is the CASP application in a functioning EU state (capital, AML, ICT/DORA) plus the passport notification into Poland. Treat anyone quoting a fresh KNF CASP licence today with caution.
